At its heart is GAN’s revolutionary Celestial Magnetic-Dynamic System, featuring an impressive 196 magnets working together with a 17.5 mm Micro Magnetic Core to provide advanced magnetic guidance throughout the cube’s movement.

Built for Speed and Control

The GAN17 MagDrive combines MagLev technology, an omnidirectional magnetic core and Omni-support Spherical Orbit technology to create an exceptionally smooth and controlled solving experience. The MagLev system uses magnetic repulsion instead of traditional springs, delivering a linear, smooth and quiet turning feel.

Its magnetic system is designed to provide strong auto-alignment and help reduce lock-ups during fast, aggressive turning — giving speedcubers the confidence to push their turning speed further.

One of the GAN17’s biggest advantages is its extensive tuning system. The cube offers 216 customisation options, including:

Lightweight Competition Design

The GAN17 uses an optimised internal honeycomb structure to reduce weight and minimise hand fatigue during extended solving sessions. Combined with its high-performance magnetic system, the result is a cube designed for fast, comfortable and consistent solving.

The UV-coated version also provides enhanced grip and slip resistance, making it particularly well suited to high-speed and competitive solving.
